Full-time, 12-month contract with strong potential to convert to a permanent role.
About the Client
Our client is a mid-sized U.S.-based company that develops diagnostic imaging software and reporting tools used in over 500 hospitals, imaging centers, and telehealth networks. Their platform supports radiologists, cardiologists, and neurologists by streamlining reporting, integrating with PACS/EHR systems, and delivering decision-support visualizations in real time.
They are currently expanding their design and brand systems to support marketing, product education, and internal communication. As the company launches new product lines and expands internationally, they need a Graphic Designer who can deliver production-ready designs across print, digital, and motion — and who can contribute to a unified, credible visual identity across all formats.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and highly detailed Graphic Designer to join our client’s cross-functional design and communications team. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B marketing, product illustration, and technical content — and is equally comfortable designing for a healthcare audience or an internal company rollout.
This role is hands-on and collaborative. You’ll work on branded materials for medical conferences, educational visuals for imaging products, and internal design systems used by teams across departments. You’ll have the opportunity to modernize existing templates and create new frameworks for scalable design across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Design: Create print and digital collateral including brochures, one-pagers, booth signage, sales decks, and web graphics
- Visual Documentation: Develop diagrams, technical illustrations, and stylized screenshots to explain product features and clinical workflows
- Internal Materials: Design branded templates for hiring decks, reports, onboarding kits, and internal communications
- Design Systems: Build and maintain a cross-functional component library in Figma with scalable assets for marketing and product teams
- Web & Email Assets: Design visuals for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns using Figma, Canva, and Adobe tools
- Print Production: Prepare print-ready files for events, packaging, and promotional items in coordination with vendors
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, training, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with brand and clinical accuracy
Tool Stack
Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Google Slides, Canva, PowerPoint
After Effects or Premiere (for light video/animation work)
Slack, Notion, Jira (for collaboration and project tracking)
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B software
- A portfolio that demonstrates versatility, excellent visual hierarchy, and attention to technical accuracy
- Strong design fundamentals — layout, color, typography, and file hygiene
- Experience designing for both print and digital deliverables
- Familiarity with clinical or scientific content a plus
- Able to manage multiple projects across departments with consistency and speed
- Bonus: experience working within regulated industries, or supporting product marketing teams
Perks & Logistics
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with employer match
- Opportunity to convert to permanent full-time with expanded benefits and equity eligibility
