BIM Coordinator

Artificial Modelling is a leading provider of technical project management and BIM coordination services in Poland. We deliver prestigious international projects in the MEP and Fire Protection sectors, including data centres, hospitals, industrial plants, pharmaceutical facilities, schools, and mixed-use complexes. Our scope covers both the design and construction phases. Due to our rapid growth and a full project pipeline, we are now looking for:

🌍 MEP BIM Coordinator & Fire Protection (Remote)

Role Responsibilities:

• Create and coordinate BIM (3D) models in Revit for MEP systems (mechanical, electrical & plumbing).
• Prepare workshop drawings, technical details, and material take-offs across design and construction phases.
• Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and suppliers — true cross-discipline collaboration.
• Detect and resolve clashes in Navisworks, perform QA/QC, and communicate issues/solutions via exported viewpoints (.xml).
• Leverage modern tools such as Dynamo (automation) and AI-assisted design (not req. but a big plus!).

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in Revit MEP Coordination (all services)
• 3-5 years in AutoCAD MEP Coordination (all services)
• 2-3 years in Navisworks (clash detection)
• At least 1 year of construction site experience (either onsite or in direct collaboration with construction teams — huge plus).
• Familiarity with AI tools for design is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and ability to work in a dynamic project environment.
