Primary Skills: Customer Support-Advanced, Incident Management-Intermediate, AutoCAD 3d Modelling Skills-Expert, Troubleshooting-Intermediate, SaaS Support Experience-Desirable Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6 Months Location: Westminster, CO ( - MST Preferred) Pay Range: $20- $24 per hour #LP Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to engage with customers professionally, ensuring their issues with 3D Modelling software are resolved effectively and efficiently. You will handle approximately 35 customer requests per day via email and phone, managing your individual queue to meet SLAs. The role involves documenting customer interactions, troubleshooting a range of technical issues related to 3D Modelling software, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Key Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with customers through empathetic and professional interaction.
• Manage and respond to 25 emails and 10 phone requests daily to meet team SLAs.
• Document customer cases, including issues experienced and steps taken for resolution.
• Assist with account, subscription management, and troubleshooting of 3D Modelling softwar related issues.
• Apply knowledge base content to resolve problems and escalate cases when necessary.

Must-Have Skills

• Technical proficiency in computer systems and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Industry Experience Experience in SaaS support, especially with 3D Modelling software, AutoCAD, or design tools is preferred. Note: This is a 100% remote role, with preference for candidates in the MST zone.
