Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG pipelines integrating LLMs for intelligent data retrieval and response generation.
• Develop scalable backend services using Java and integrate them with AI components.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using JavaScript and React.
• Work with MongoDB and SQL/PL-SQL for data storage, retrieval, and optimization.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Optimize performance and scalability of AI applications in production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, RAG frameworks, and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• RAG Implementation with LLMs: Proven experience in building and deploying RAG-based systems using models like GPT, LLaMA, or similar.
• Java: Strong backend development skills with frameworks like Spring Boot.
• JavaScript & React: Proficiency in modern front-end development and UI/UX best practices.
• MongoDB: Experience with NoSQL databases, schema design, and query optimization.
• SQL / PL-SQL: Solid understanding of relational databases, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $150,000- $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
