We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Branding Specialist to take ownership of our visual identity across all channels and brands. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer with a strong background in brand development, capable of producing high-quality assets while serving as the primary gatekeeper of our brand's consistency and quality. You will be instrumental in translating marketing and product goals into engaging, effective, and on-brand visual solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As our Senior Graphic Designer & Branding Specialist, your responsibilities will be focused on two key areas: Creative Production and Brand Strategy.
Creative Production & Execution
- Design & Deliver Diverse Assets: Conceptualize, design, and deliver a wide range of high-quality graphical assets, including promo packs, banners, digital advertisements, landing pages, internal marketing materials, videos, and social media content.
- Develop Promotional Content: Creatively utilize our core assets to design unique and engaging promotional packs (both static and animated) tailored to specific markets and aligned with local advertising regulations.
- Execute Creative Concepts: Develop compelling creative concepts and execute effective designs that best convey the company's image, including materials for both internal and external company events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with the Head of Marketing to interpret design briefs and deliver impactful assets. Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on site and feature design to ensure a seamless user experience.
Brand Strategy & Governance
- Lead Brand Development: Successfully develop a consistent and compelling brand identity with clear, actionable brand guidelines for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure Visual Consistency: Be the dedicated brand gatekeeper, maintaining and enforcing a strong visual language and ensuring brand consistency across all channels, brands, and formats.
- Maintain Brand Style: Design, implement, and maintain essential branding materials, such as presentation and email templates, company logos, and signature designs.
- Drive Visual Evolution: Contribute to the constant evolution and refinement of the look and feel of our brands to keep us competitive and fresh.
- Manage Assets: Create and maintain a well-organized image library with a standardized naming convention to ensure easy access and workflow efficiency.
Workflow & Coordination
- Manage Workload: Proactively prioritize and manage the design workload in alignment with the company's objectives to ensure all deadlines are consistently met.
- Coordinate Marketing Processes: Coordinate various marketing-related tasks as needed, which may include social media post creation, site updates, and presentation management/distribution.
QualificationsMust Have
- At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, and branding, preferably in a senior or specialist capacity.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital design and branding projects.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Adobe XD or Figma)
- Experience in generating AI assets, images, and videos (Midjourney, Leonardo AI, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Proven experience in designing high-converting assets (ads, banners, landing pages) for digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate stakeholder feedback and briefs into high-quality design solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding file management and brand consistency.
Nice to Have
- Experience in iGaming, preferably supplier side.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing to support animated content creation.
