🌍 Location: Remote (EU Time Zones preferred)
⏰ Schedule: Full-time | Mon–Fri | 9:00–18:00 CET (Brussels)

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an Amazon Content Production Manager to build, run, and scale a high-performing content production engine.
In this role, you will own how content is planned, produced, reviewed, and delivered. Your mission is to ensure content is delivered on time, on brand, compliant, and ready to perform.
You will work at the intersection of Amazon Growth, Brand, Design, and key internal stakeholders, as well as external partners, creating clarity around priorities, capacity, timelines, and quality standards and ensuring content is delivered smoothly across the organization.Your work will directly enable faster launches, smoother iteration cycles, and more reliable execution across Amazon markets.

Your responsibilities will include:Content Engine Ownership
- Design, document, and continuously improve a scalable content (visual and textual) production process from brief to live asset.
- Own Amazon-specific templates, SOPs, workflows, and tools that support fast, repeatable execution.
- Define and maintain clear quality standards and quality gates across all content outputs.
Planning, Prioritization & Delivery
- Translate business growth priorities (product launches, PDP optimizations, experiments) into clear, capacity-aware production plans.
- Plan what gets produced, when, and by whom, with clear ownership and timelines based on a set of prioritization guidelines.
- Ensure reliable delivery of assets.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the central coordination point between Amazon Growth Specialists, Brand Managers, the Design Lead, Content Production Coordinator, designers, copyrighters and external partners.
- Align daily execution on priorities, timelines, and capacity.
- Keep iteration loops efficient and focused until assets are ready to go live.
Quality, Scale & Performance
- Ensure visuals and texts consistently meet brand, compliance, and performance standards.
- Track and improve production quality metrics, including revision rounds and quality gate pass.
- Scale content collateral output while maintaining delivery reliability and quality benchmarks.
Team Leadership & Resourcing
- Lead, coach, assess performance and develop the content production team supporting.
- Own hiring, onboarding and resourcing decisions to support growing Amazon content demand and product portfolio.
RequirementsMust-Have
- 5+ years of experience in content production or creative project management.
- Strong experience with Amazon PDP content, visuals, and launch workflows.
- Proven ability to build and run structured creative production systems.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and capacity-management skills with the ability to drive projects to completion.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional Amazon stakeholders.
- Experience working with designers or creative operations teams.
- High standards for quality, structure, and operational discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to clarify expectations.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong eye for visual quality.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with Amazon creative guidelines and best practices.
- Experience scaling external creative partners.
- Experience in graphic design and or digital communication.
Deal-Breakers
- No familiarity with Amazon standards or PDP basics.
- Candidates who are purely designers or purely administrative without Amazon context.
- Lack of coordination or project-ownership experience.
