About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer 🎨 to join our creative team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various platforms, including digital media, print materials, and branding assets. Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop and produce high-quality designs for digital and print media (websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, etc.) 💻🖨️.
• Branding: Contribute to the development and evolution of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design materials 🎨.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other creative teams to ensure design work meets business and project goals 🤝.
• Creative Direction: Take ownership of projects and creatively execute designs that meet client needs, feedback, and deadlines 🖌️.
• Graphics & Illustrations: Create custom illustrations, icons, and graphics that align with the brand and project requirements 🎨.
• Photo Editing & Retouching: Edit and enhance photos to ensure they meet the design standards and project needs 🖼️.
• Design Innovation: Stay up-to-date with design trends and explore new tools, techniques, and software to keep the creative process fresh and exciting 💡.
• Feedback Integration: Implement feedback from clients or team members and refine designs based on their input 🔄.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field 🎓 (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design or a creative role 🎨.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other industry-standard tools 🖥️.
• Creativity: Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to bring fresh ideas to life 💡.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in design, typography, color theory, and layout 🧐.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills 🗣️, with the ability to present design ideas clearly to team members and clients.
• Time Management: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines ⏱️.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design work, creativity, and experience 📂.

Desirable Attributes:

• Web Design: Experience with web design, including UI/UX principles and responsive design 🌐.
• Video Editing: Familiarity with basic video editing or motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) 🎬.
• 3D Design: Experience with 3D design tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus 🎮.
• Print Production: Knowledge of print production processes and preparing files for printing 🖨️.
• Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles to align designs with marketing campaigns and target audiences 📣.
