About The Role We are seeking a dedicated remote Business Analyst who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. The Business Analyst will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements. This position involves facilitating discussions with stakeholders, defining current and future state processes, and supporting solution design through visual aids such as wireframes. The Business Analyst will manage requirements through approval processes and support testing and deployment activities, including developing UAT plans and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Serving as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and cross-functional teams, the Business Analyst will translate complex needs into clear, actionable insights while maintaining high standards for documentation and project consistency. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis experience
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate complex business needs into clear requirements
- Experience in identifying process gaps and recommending effective improvements
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency in working with data to support decision-making processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with diagramming tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exposure to UI/UX tools such as Figma or InVision is a plus
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for prioritized initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align project scope and requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable, and testable requirements
- Define current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) processes and workflows
- Support solution design through wireframes, visuals, and process documentation as needed
- Manage requirements through approval, change control, and scope management processes
- Develop and execute UAT plans and test cases aligned with documented requirements
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT/development teams to ensure clear communication
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
- Support operational readiness for new systems and process changes
- Maintain high-quality documentation and contribute to business analysis standards and best practices
