They are seeking a UI/UX Designer to define the design vision for an AI enablement platform used by employees and executives. This role is key to ensuring the platform is engaging, intuitive, and effective, helping users learn and apply AI while providing leadership with actionable insights.

This position is open to candidates located in select U.S. states - CA, GA, IL, MA, ME, NY, PA, TX, & WI.

About the Role

• Lead design for web and mobile experiences across multiple user types
• Conduct user research and testing, translating findings into actionable design strategies
• Develop journeys, wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Create AI-driven interactions such as chat assistants, recommendations, and smart notifications
• Design executive-facing experiences that deliver actionable insights beyond traditional dashboards
• Build engaging, habit-forming experiences using gamification, progress tracking, and behavioral cues
• Maintain a clean, modern visual style with strong typography and hierarchy
• Rapidly prototype and test concepts using AI-enabled design tools
• Build and scale a design system that supports multiple applications and user groups
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver and iterate on features that drive engagement

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years in UI/UX design, including experience with enterprise SaaS
• Proven track record of creating engaging, retention-focused applications
• Expertise with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools
• Knowledge of behavioral design, gamification, and habit-forming product patterns
• Experience designing analytics and data-heavy interfaces
• Portfolio showing both engagement-driven consumer-style design and enterprise-focused data interfaces
• Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
• Comfortable leveraging AI to improve workflows and outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI/ML-powered or conversational products
• Familiarity with HR or learning platforms
• Experience designing for large-scale enterprise deployments
