Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Consumer Product Design Lead. The role involves leading the design of consumer products with a strong focus on visual design, user research, and product design. The Consumer Product Design Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop design strategies, conduct UX research, and implement design thinking to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in User Research
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in leading design projects from concept to completion
• Experience in leading design projects from concept to completion
• Experience in leading product teams and working trade-offs with engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Ideal Profile:5+ yrs in consumer products (bonus: health/wellness/subscription)Exceptional UI/UX skills; fluent in funnels, A/B testing, and retention strategiesCross-functional leader bridging Design, Engineering, and OpsRequirements:

• Minimum C1 level of at least 2+ languages. We are a diverse and multicountry company.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Willingless to work odd hours due to time-zone.
• Willingless to travel and relocate work on-site if needed in the mid future.
