How Your Role Makes a Difference
- Work closely with the Creative team and Regional Marketing managers to create compelling marketing materials for Branch efforts and various National advertising needs. The range of material includes, but is not limited to, direct mail, brochures, posters, ads, web banners, informational booklets, and conference-related materials;
- Work closely with the Creative and Events team to create fundraising materials;
- Collaborates with the Video Director for animated and illustrative story telling in After Effects;
- Helps prepare the Creative team for presentations with mood boards and deliverables;
- Serves as team lead with social media graphics in collaboration with Senior Designer and Creative Director;
- Design for both print and digital environments;
- Stay current on design trends and technology advancements;
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field or equivalent from an accredited college;
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio;
- Two (2) to four (4) years of proven experience in an agency or other professional environment;
- Proficient in Mac-based Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office, as well as print & digital production;
- Ability to explain and defend strategic and creative objectives to internal clients;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Exceptional communication skills – both oral and written;
- Strong organizational and self-directing skills;
- Strong understanding of layout and typography;
- Video experience is a plus;
- Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools desired;
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web and email design coding a plus;
- Basic understanding of Brandfolder or digital asset management tools a plus;
- Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience in the U.S. to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany;
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate coverage;
- Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries;
- Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Commitment to Unity.
