Role Description

This is a part-time contract role for an Online Drawing Teacher at Bilin Academy.

The Online Drawing Teacher will be responsible for conducting live online foundational drawing and sketching classes for K–12 students. The teacher will design structured lessons that build strong artistic fundamentals, provide constructive feedback, and monitor student progress.

This role requires creating an encouraging, interactive, and skill-focused learning environment that supports students in developing confidence in drawing.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in drawing and sketching techniques (line work, shading, proportion, perspective, form studies, etc.)
• Experience teaching children or teenagers (online teaching experience preferred)
• Ability to design engaging and structured lessons for beginner-level learners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide clear, constructive artistic feedback
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, Art Education, or related field preferred
• Portfolio demonstrating strong foundational drawing skills required

Pay Rate

$30 per hour (contract position)
