Principal Product Manager

We are looking for a strategic and outcome-driven Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of products that redefine workflow orchestration and LLM-based automation. This is a high-impact leadership role driving innovation at the intersection of AI, product strategy, and business value creation.

👉 Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap across the full lifecycle — from ideation to growth and expansion.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven product outcomes aligned with business objectives.
• Drive LLM-powered automation initiatives, optimizing workflows and enhancing user efficiency.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable product solutions and measurable KPIs.
• Partner closely with design, engineering, and research teams to ensure cohesive product delivery.
• Influence portfolio direction through clear prioritization, strong stakeholder management, and strategic foresight.

👉 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in portfolio or leadership roles.
• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Proven expertise in Agile product development, Jira/Confluence, and collaboration with UX/UI teams (Figma familiarity a plus).
• Experience in data-informed decision-making, KPI tracking, and lifecycle ownership.
• Familiarity with investment research or analytical domains is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and strategic thinking skills.
