Full-Time AI Visual Designer
BLACKMASK | Men’s Haircare & Styling | Fully remote, United States
Annual base salary: 60,000$ to 70,000$ USD, depending on skills and experience
We’re looking for a talented designer with a strong creative eye who can create standout visuals for BLACKMASK and knows how to use AI to bring ideas to life.
AI is central to this role. You should know how to take an idea or reference and consistently turn it into finished content that looks intentional, believable and on-brand.
We don’t care which tools you use. The only thing that matters is the output. There’s no required software stack. Show us that you can deliver great work consistently.
WHAT YOU’LL CREATE
• Realistic product photography and lifestyle imagery.
• Social posts, carousels and Instagram stories.
• Website banners and campaign visuals.
• Amazon and TikTok Shop listing images.
• Product launch assets and creative variations for testing.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Excellent AI skills. You can control and refine results, solve visual problems and produce consistent work, not just get lucky with one good image.
• Strong visual taste. You understand composition, lighting, typography and what makes a brand look premium.
• Product accuracy. Our packaging, proportions, logos and label text need to stay correct across different scenes and images.
• Realism. You can create believable textures, environments and product interactions without obvious AI artifacts.
• Consistency. You can carry the same visual direction across a full campaign or series.
• Ownership. You can take a brief, contribute ideas, check your own work and deliver finished assets without constant direction.
• Full-time availability.
• Attention to detail!
Our visual direction is clean, bold and realistic. We want imagery that feels like compelling photography with thoughtful design, not generic AI content or effects added for the sake of it.
