• Create user personas, journey maps, and research reports 👤🗺️

• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way 🗣️📑
• Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and methodologies 🌐✨

Required Skills & Experience 🎯💡

• Degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field 🎓
• Experience in UX research or user research roles 🔍💻
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills 📊🧠
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities 🔧💡
• Strong communication and storytelling skills 💬📣
• Familiarity with UX tools and research methods 🛠️📱
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams 🤝✨

Preferred Qualifications ⭐🔥

• Experience with usability testing tools (UserTesting, Hotjar, etc.) 🖥️📊
• Knowledge of data analytics or A/B testing ⚡📈
