Senior Shopify Developer (Project-Based, Shopify Plus)

Job Description We’re looking for an experienced Senior Shopify Developer to build key pages for our Shopify Plus store. This is a project engagement with an expected duration of 2 - 4 weeks. Scope of Work You will be provided with Figma design pages that you will be responsible developing and implementing in our Shopify Plus store:

• User Account/Skin Profile Page

• Background: Users complete a diagnostic skin questionnaire that is used to create a customized product recommendation and display summary diagnosis of their skin condition and concerns. The user’s questionnaire responses are store in their Klaviyo profile.
• Custom account dashboard section to display a user’s skin profile attributes.
• Data capture and display for personalized recommendations
• Competitor’s pages for reference: ProvenSkincare.com

• Subscription Management Pages

• View, edit, pause, cancel subscriptions
• Integration with our subscription app/provider
• Clear, user-friendly UX for recurring orders and billing details
• Competitor’s Page for Reference: Geologie.com

• Product Detail Page (PDP)

• Custom PDP layout and components
• Dynamic content based on user profile and/or subscription status
• Optimized for performance, conversion, and mobile

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with Shopify and Shopify Plus
• Expert in Liquid, HTML/CSS, JavaScript
• Proven experience with:

• Custom account pages
• Subscription flows (Ordergroove or similar)
• Custom PDPs and theme customization

• Strong understanding of responsive design and performance optimization
• Able to work independently, propose solutions, and hit deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify Hydrogen or headless setups
• Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO best practices

Project Details

• Engagement: Project-based contractor
• Target Hourly Rate: $75/hour
• Timeline: Completion within 4 weeks from start date
• Collaboration: Work closely with our product and design team (Slack/Zoom), Git-based workflow
