Senior Designer / Creative Lead

We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our team and take the lead on high-impact creative work for fast-growing brands. This isn’t a pixel-pushing role — you’ll be embedded directly into client relationships, helping shape design systems, websites, and campaigns alongside our leadership team.

About You

• You’ve spent 3+ years working in a design agency and know what it means to juggle multiple clients, deadlines, and feedback loops.
• You have a strong portfolio that showcases brand identity, website, and marketing design work.
• You’re comfortable leading client conversations, presenting work, taking feedback, and translating loose ideas into structured creative solutions.
• You’re a self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding and can take a brief from concept to completion.
• You care about craft, systems, and efficiency using tools like Figma, Notion, and Slack to stay sharp and collaborative.
• Experience with the real estate industry is a plus, but not a requirement.

Day-to-Day

• Lead design work across multiple client accounts (branding, website design, marketing assets, campaigns)
• Design and refine website layouts, landing pages, and component systems in Figma
• Collaborate with project managers and other designers to deliver work on time and on brief
• Join weekly client calls and act as a creative partner — not just an executor
• Maintain consistent quality and brand alignment across deliverables
• Contribute ideas to improve internal systems, workflows, and templates
