The Opportunity
This is a commission-only role designed for a closer, not a clock-watcher.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new clients into ongoing retainer relationships. You’ll own the sales process end-to-end, with full support from our Founder.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Brandscend’s ideal client profile
- Generate, qualify, and nurture high-value marketing leads
- Lead discovery conversations and close clients onto retainers
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers and founders
- Collaborate internally to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
- Stay across market trends and competitor activity to inform smarter outreach
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets (because that’s how you earn)
Who This Is For
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have a proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally in marketing, media, or digital
- Are confident selling high-value services on retainer (not one-off projects)
- Are self-directed, commercially sharp, and motivated by performance-based income
- Know how to manage your own pipeline, time, and priorities
- Communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and close decisively
- Back yourself enough to choose commission over salary
