Sales Representative (Remote, Commission-Based) – Bright Sales Solutions

Location: Remote | Commission: €150 per sale (rising to €200 after 3 deals) | Full-Time & Part-Time

Bright Sales Solutions is a growing web design company helping businesses create professional websites that attract more customers and grow revenue. We’re looking for motivated, results-driven sales representatives ready to take control of their income and grow with a fast-moving company.

What You’ll Do:

**

• Sell high-quality websites to businesses across all industries
• Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact to closing deals
• Work with 50 uncontacted, pre-qualified leads provided each month — your job is to qualify these businesses and convert them into clients
• Actively prospect and qualify additional leads on your own to maximize your earnings
• Build strong relationships with business owners and present our website solutions effectively

• Confident and persuasive in communication
• Comfortable speaking directly with business owners
• Interested in sales and business development
• Sales experience is a plus but not required

Realistic Earning Potential

**

With the 50 provided leads:

• On average, a motivated rep can realistically convert 3–5 of these leads into paying clients per month

Total from provided leads: €650–850/month

By adding and converting your own leads, there’s no limit to your income:

• Combine provided and self-sourced leads → earnings can easily reach €2,000–3,000+ per month for active reps, with top performers earning significantly more
