Role: Senior Creative Strategist

Work Schedule: Remote; Monday–Friday; 9-6 UAE Time

Role Overview

As our Senior Creative Strategist, you’ll lead the ideation, development, and execution of high-performing ad creative campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

You will partner with media buyers, and internal video editors to shape creative direction, ensuring campaigns align with performance goals when it comes to ad spend and achieving target CPA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate paid social ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Write ad scripts and ideate new iterations of hooks
  • Deliver ad scripts on time
  • Leverage AI agents for improved efficiency

  • Provide feedback to videos editors and content creators
  • Stay in the know of social media trends (organic & paid)
  • Analyze ad data to inform new rounds of content

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in creative strategy.
  • Experience in {your niche} or any other related niche.
  • Proven track record of scaling single ads beyond $100,000 in lifetime spend.
  • Strong understanding of direct response principles.
  • Own frameworks for leveraging AI tools.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS) and
  • analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision.
