User Experience Designer

UX/UI Designer, Product IIIFully RemoteLong term W2 contract with benefits$50-$60/hourJob description:**Design & User Experience**

• Design intuitive interfaces for AI-powered products and features

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma AI tools

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback

• Develop and maintain scalable design systems for AI products

• Design conversational interfaces, AI chat experiences, and intelligent UI components

**AI-Powered Design**

• Leverage Figma AI tools (Auto Layout AI, AI plugins) to accelerate workflows

• Design AI-driven features including recommendations and personalization

• Create design patterns for AI transparency, explainability, and user trust

• Design data visualization and AI model outputs in user-friendly formats

**Technical Implementation**

• Use Vibe or similar AI coding assistants to prototype and implement designs using Windsurf or Cursor or GitHub Copilot or other AI coding assistants.

• Write production-ready HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Build interactive prototypes demonstrating AI functionality

• Collaborate with engineering to ensure design fidelity

**Collaboration**

• Work with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and stakeholders

• Present design concepts to leadership

What We're Looking For**Required:**

• 5-7 years of professional UI/UX design experience

• 1+ years designing for AI/ML products or features

• Expert proficiency in Figma (including AI features and plugins)

• Strong HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills

• Proficiency with Vibe or AI coding assistants (Windsurft/Claude code/GitHub Copilot)

• Experience designing conversational AI interfaces

• Portfolio demonstrating AI product work and design process

**Preferred:**

• Experience with Figma AI plugins (Genius, Magician, Automator) like Figma make AI.

• Knowledge of GraphRAG, RAG systems, or AI-powered search

• Familiarity with Vertex AI, OpenAI, or other AI platforms

• Familiarity with React, Vue, or similar frontend frameworks

• Background in data visualization for AI/ML outputs

• Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI design

• Experience with AI coding assistants (Windsurf or Cursor or GitHub Copilot)

* CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions or similar
