About The Role As a key member of our New Business team, you will be responsible for

• Accountable for leading the coordination, writing, graphic design, and compilation of EOIs, tender submissions as directed
• Accountable for coordination, writing and compilation of prequalification’s and registrations of interest to current and new clients.
• Ensure tender documentation meets RFT requirements, company requirements, is accurate and complete.
• Work with New Business and Strategy team to develop win themes and key messaging and ensure these are clearly articulated in the appropriate places in documents.
• Work closely with other members of the submissions team, bid teams and state managers to develop successful submissions.
• Ensure working environment is free from any safety issues.
• Input to continual improvement of submissions, support documents (data sheets and CVs) and associated tender interactions.

About YouTo Be Successful In This Role You Will

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Journalism is preferred but not required
• A minimum of five years experience submitting EOIs, RFTs, etc
• Experienced in Adobe Creative suite, particularly InDesign
• Deadline driven
• Adaptable and willing to alter initial ideas throughout the process to better suit any changes that may arise
• Ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects at once
• Be passionate about organisational values of safety & care, honesty & integrity, customer focus, teamwork, and performance excellence.
• Hold valid work rights in Australia.
