ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years experience working in paid social or performance creative roles
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads for conversion-focused campaigns
- Strategic brain wired for creative: you can dream up thumb-stopping ad concepts and map out what to test
- Obsessed with performance: CTRs, ROAS, hooks, scroll-stoppers, and why that ad killed it last week
- Know how to brief a graphic designer and editor clearly
- You've worked with DTC brands (bonus points for lifestyle or food/bev) and know how to sell online
- You speak fluent 25–35 y/o woman — their humour, pain points, and what makes them tap ‘add to cart’
- You’re choosing fractional work for flexibility (or you just don’t want a full-time job in a cubicle ever again) (or you have a full time job and want to do a bit of discrete moonlighting 😉)
- You want to build something meaningful and be rewarded handsomely with 5 figure monthly bonuses and equity ownership

We’re now scaling our flavoured vodka range, and we need a paid social strategist to help us win the internet.

Our work style is async, remote, fast, and fun — ideal if you want autonomy and hate pointless meetings.
THE ROLE
This is a fractional role where you'll own the creative strategy for paid social — not the media buying or execution, just the ideas, briefs, and feedback loops that drive performance.
You’ll:
- Develop content strategies and campaign concepts that sell to women aged 25–35
- Review ad performance, identify patterns, and plan creative tests to improve results
- Write tight, clear creative briefs for our graphic designer and video editor
- Collaborate with our in-house team and media buyer to optimise performance
- Stay plugged into what’s trending in the wild (Reels, hooks, memes, audio, formats)
- Help us build a high-performing paid social engine that converts cold traffic into cult fans
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Serious taste (you know what’s cringe vs. cool)
- Strong instincts about what makes people stop scrolling
- A strategy-first brain, with a love of systems, feedback loops, and iterating toward better results
- To be self-motivated, async-friendly, and comfortable working in a startup-style environment
