Sales Support Designer – Bureau Booths / Inbox Booths

Position Overview:

The Sales Support Designer plays a crucial role in assisting the sales team by creating compelling visual materials, technical drawings, and customized booth designs that align with client needs. This position bridges sales, design, and customer engagement, ensuring that proposals and presentations effectively communicate the value of Bureau Booths / Inbox Booths' modular office solutions. Additionally, this role involves active engagement with clients in a project management capacity, overseeing large-scale installations and ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Support: Create customized booth layouts, renderings, and technical drawings to support sales proposals.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, analyze client floorplans, and translate them into visual design concepts.
• Project Management Support: Engage directly with clients on large-scale projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and coordination efforts to ensure successful implementation.
• Floorplan Integration: Evaluate existing client layouts to ensure seamless booth placement and optimal workspace flow.
• Presentation Materials: Develop brochures, pitch decks, and marketing visuals to enhance sales presentations.
• Technical Documentation: Assist in preparing spec sheets, installation guides, and product configurations for clients.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design materials align with Bureau Booths / Inbox Booths' branding and messaging.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and marketing teams to refine sales materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Experience in reading and analyzing architectural floorplans for workspace optimization.
• Strong visual communication skills to translate technical concepts into engaging presentations.
• Experience in sales support, interior design, or modular workspace solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to align designs with client needs.
• Experience in project management or client coordination on large-scale installations is preferred.
