Location

This role is Remote / Home Office, with extensive travel (up to 3-4 days a week) across the UK to key national accounts and distribution channels, and can include overnight stays as needed.

What You’ll Do

As our new Senior National Account Manager (SNAM), you will not only take on our successful RTD portfolio in existing Grocery Mult’s but importantly play a pivotal role in launching Mas+ by Messi, a new-to-world hydration drink co-created with Lionel Messi. Mas+ is set to disrupt the soft drinks market with its better-for-you, better-tasting formula.

You will take full ownership of driving this brand’s launch within key Grocery Mult’s customers, building strategic relationships with major UK grocery multiples, and accelerating our broader beverage portfolio’s growth.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing existing BWS relationships across our existing RTD portfolio with key grocery customers, owning full P&L responsibility for your account base.
  • Leading the launch, development, and execution of Mas+, focusing on impactful in-store and online rollouts.
  • Utilizing existing relationships and industry knowledge to open new business opportunities and deliver high-impact launches with the UK’s biggest retailers.
  • Crafting compelling sales narratives in partnership with Marketing and Category teams to secure new listings, expand distribution, and activate impactful promotions.
  • Leading negotiations on commercial terms (including pricing, promotions, and trade spend) that align with both customer goals and MAB UK’s strategic objectives.
  • Monitoring account performance and analyzing trends to identify opportunities for growth, ensuring ongoing brand success and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Category, Marketing) to design and execute integrated account strategies that drive brand visibility and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or category management within FMCG, more recently within the soft drinks category at a grocery level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of successfully launching and building brand presence with major UK grocery retailers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage P&L, drive strategic negotiations, and optimize promotional activities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Full clean UK driver license.
