Job Description: 

As the Marketing Designer, you will work directly with the Creative Director, taking on more complex design projects and helping shape the user experience of CarSaver’s products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, user-friendly designs while maintaining consistency across platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong design experience who is ready to work on a variety of web and mobile projects. 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Design sales presentations, training materials, one-pagers, brochures, and case studies for the sales and partnerships teams. 
  • Create campaign graphics for digital ads, social media, landing pages, and email marketing. 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director on campaign visual concepts that align with strategic goals. 
  • Design in-store (graphics, signage, collateral). 
  • Ensure all assets meet CarSaver brand standards, including typography, color, imagery, and tone. 
  • Evolve and maintain brand templates for presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. 
  • Provide guidance and feedback to ensure brand consistency across the company. 
  • Collaborate with the UI/UX team on marketing-related web assets, landing pages, and product demo interfaces. 
  • Design static and animated assets for social media, website promotions, and partner portals. 
  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand deal-specific creative needs. 
  • Rapidly produce and customize sales decks and visual aids for pitches. 
  • Maintain a central library of up-to-date sales and marketing materials. 
  • Manage multiple design projects at once, balancing quick-turn requests with larger, planned initiatives. 
  • Marketing Director & Creative Director to prioritize incoming requests. 
  • Communicate timelines and proactively flag potential delays. 
  • Recommend new design approaches, tools, and formats to improve engagement and conversion. 
  • Stay current on design trends, marketing best practices, and competitor creative for inspiration. 

Must-Haves: 

  • 5+ years of marketing design experience, ideally in automotive or lead-gen-driven industries. 
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)  
  • Experience working prototyping / wireframing software (Figma, Sketch or similar) 
  • Strong presentation design expertise (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote). 
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail. 
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for print and digital. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. 
  • Ability to Muli-task 
  • Familiarity with Canva (preferred) for quick-turn template-based designs. 
  • Familiarity with Iterable, Wistia, HubSpot, and ClickUp (preferred; training provided). 
  • Online portfolio required. 

Wish List (Nice to Have): 

  • Motion graphics & video editing skills (After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro) 
  • Experience in automotive industry 
  • Web & interactive design proficiency (HTML5, email templates) 
  • Strong data visualization & infographic creation 
  • Brand system & asset library management/development experience 
  • Illustration and custom icon creation abilities 
  • Photography & advanced photo editing skills 
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign performance metrics 
  • Experience with AI avatar creation and related tools
