Senior Product Designer – AI Marketing & Automation (Remote, EST Hours)

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to build AI-driven marketing planning and automation experiences in a fast-moving SaaS environment. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a mid-career designer who thrives in experimentation-heavy teams and can ramp quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Design and ship AI-powered marketing and automation features

• Support high-volume experimentation with hypothesis-driven UX decisions

• Partner closely with engineering to deliver production-ready solutions

• Clearly articulate what was tested, why, and measurable outcomes

• Use AI tools to accelerate design and iteration

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of product design experience

• SaaS experience, ideally in marketing software

• Strong experimentation background in fast-paced environments

• Portfolio showing clear ownership, craft, and measurable results

• Expert in Figma and modern design tools

• Comfortable working full Eastern Time hours

This is not a strategy-only role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys detailed execution, fast iteration, and close engineering collaboration.
