Digital Product Designer

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape engaging and intuitive digital experiences that directly impact users and business outcomes. You will transform customer needs into seamless user journeys, translating insights into visually compelling and highly functional interfaces. Working closely with product managers, creative leads, and development teams, you will influence product direction from ideation through execution. The position combines creative design, strategic thinking, and user-centered problem solving in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. You will have the autonomy to craft innovative solutions while contributing to cross-functional collaboration and the evolution of digital products. Accountabilities

• Translate customer needs and insights into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to research, ideate, and design new digital experiences
• Develop visual assets, design guidelines, and documentation for implementation
• Present and communicate design concepts, rationale, and deliverables to peers, stakeholders, and executives
• Maintain consistency across products by adhering to design systems, component libraries, and branding standards
• Continuously analyze and refine user experiences based on research, feedback, and emerging design trends

Requirements

• Proven experience as a digital or product designer, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design work
• Strong proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools) and access to a Mac for design work
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups for web or mobile applications
• Ability to analyze user journeys and work with design systems and symbol libraries
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, deadline-driven environment
• Creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and enthusiastic with a growth mindset
