Hiring: Social Media Growth Manager (SMO)

CEDA is looking for an experienced Social Media Growth Manager to handle and grow our:

• Facebook

• Instagram

• TikTok

We already have YouTube Shorts content available. Your job is to repurpose, distribute, and grow these videos across the above platforms with the goal of increasing reach, engagement, followers, and viral performance.

Mandatory Skills:

✅ Proven experience growing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts

✅ Strong understanding of viral content strategies

✅ Knowledge of platform algorithms and audience growth

✅ Ability to optimize posts, captions, hashtags, and posting schedules

✅ Experience analyzing performance metrics and improving results

✅ Portfolio or examples of previous growth results
