Junior Graphic Designer (Remote – Barcelona)

We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team as a full-time contractor, working remotely from Barcelona. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while requiring occasional in-person meetings in Barcelona for team collaboration and project reviews.

Compensation:

• Contractor position – Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Hourly rate: €18–€22 per hour, based on candidate experience
• Remote work with occasional in-person meetings in Barcelona

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design compelling content for social media platforms and e-commerce channels to drive brand engagement and online sales
• Design marketing collateral, including decks, mailers, and signage
• Support branding initiatives, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all materials
• Develop product surface designs (patterns, graphics, etc.) for wall décor and wallpaper products
• Design and prepare packaging for our products in alignment with brand and production standards
• Collaborate in the product and packaging production process, maintaining quality and accuracy
• Work closely with the Designer team to develop concepts and design solutions tailored to client needs
• Stay up to date on design trends, best practices, and digital content strategies for effective brand communication

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Demonstrated expertise in creating content for social media and e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of branding, design principles, and product packaging
• Experience in packaging design is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing materials, branding, product design, and digital content creation
• Need to speak English
