Digital Designer

Job Description Job Title: Mid-level Digital Designer Location: Almont, CO (Remote) Employment Type W2 Contract Rate $50.00 - $55.00/hr Description Design and support customer-focused digital communications for healthcare members across email and SMS, including emerging RCS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible, brand-aligned communications during a rebranding initiative. Responsibilities

• Design and produce member-facing digital communications for email and text (including RCS).
• Build and refine HTML for email campaigns, ensuring compatibility using Litmus or similar tools.
• Contribute to a Figma-based design system in partnership with a centralized design systems team.
• Collaborate with engagement strategists, content strategists, and cross-functional partners in daily stand-ups and project meetings.
• Conduct and interpret A/B tests on content, imagery, and layout to improve engagement.
• Review and QA AI-assisted HTML output from Figma workflows.
• Manage workload across multiple concurrent projects and timelines.
• Support brand transition initiatives during rebranding.

Experience Requirements

• Proven HTML email development skills with knowledge of email-client constraints.
• Proficiency in Figma for component-based design and handoff.
• Experience with Litmus or equivalent email testing platforms.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital design for marketing or transactional communications.
• Familiarity with SMS and RCS design considerations.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards for email.
• Experience collaborating in agile or stand-up driven teams.
• Nice to have: exposure to Cursor or AI-assisted design-to-code workflows and basic RPI familiarity.
