About The Role We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Head of Product with a strong background in the betting and casino industries to lead our product development efforts. You will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy, overseeing the design and execution of key projects, and leading a team of designers and product professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a commercial mindset and a passion for esports and betting products. Key Responsibilities

• Be a hands-on Head of Product who isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Develop and optimise casino and betting top lists.
• Create and enhance betting products, including live-updating integrated odds.
• Drive the creation and development of esports betting, slot review products, casino affiliate products, and more.
• Oversee and lead full website redesigns, ensuring the development of SEO-friendly, industry-leading websites.
• Lead and manage a team of product specialists and designers, showcasing your expertise and leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline and optimise graphic processes for design creation.
• Enhance internal tools, such as top list management tools and product management systems.

Requirements

• Significant experience in the betting and casino sectors, with a deep understanding of products and user expectations.
• Proven expertise in HTML, CSS, Figma, and WordPress development.
• A keen understanding of product commerciality, always putting business objectives first.
• A healthy passion for esports and an interest in building esports betting products is essential.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to optimise design, graphic processes, and internal product workflows.
