UX Designer

Job Title: UX Designer Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract Job Summary We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience of our digital products. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences based on user research, data, and business requirements. You will work closely with product managers, developers, UI designers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into polished solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis Translate user needs and business goals into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UX solutions Create design documentation including personas, journey maps, and interactive prototypes Advocate for user-centered design throughout the product lifecycle Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and evolving requirements Ensure designs are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with usability standards Collaborate with UI designers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoffs Stay current on UX trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX deliverables across a variety of digital products or platforms.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure).
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience in domains such as fintech, healthcare, SaaS, or e-commerce.
• UX certifications (e.g., NN/g, HFI, or Google UX Design).
