Role: Freelance Graphic Designer (Production & Design)

Clutch is looking for an experienced Freelance Graphic Designer with agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume production design tasks, including file reformatting, resizing, and versioning across digital and print platforms.
• Create and refine layouts for marketing collateral, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and typography standards.
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files with a high level of technical accuracy, including bleeds, crops, and color profiles.
• Collaborate with creative directors and account managers to translate initial design concepts into finalized assets.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced agency environment, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Perform quality control on all assets to ensure consistency in spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a graphic design or production role.
• Must have prioir advertising/marketing agency experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong technical background in production design: mastering file setup, resizing for various social/web specs, and typography.
• Keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of layout principles and visual consistency.
• Ability to work independently as a freelancer, managing your own workflow and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
• Proven track record of taking a design concept and accurately executing it across multiple formats and dimensions.
