Position Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist, Design who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment. This role is for a self-directed executor who can take a raw content brief and transform it into high-end visual collateral—ranging from sophisticated pitch decks and website updates to complex email layouts. Reporting to the SVP, Marketing, you will be the primary engine for design execution. You are the final gatekeeper of brand compliance, ensuring that every asset—whether a single social post or a 50-page presentation—is polished, professional, and delivered on schedule.

Role & ResponsibilitiesCore ResponsibilitiesHigh-Velocity Design Execution

  • Presentation & Deck Design: Create, format, and polish high-stakes pitch decks and internal presentations. You must be able to turn data and outlines into visually compelling, easy-to-digest slides.
  • Digital & Web Assets: Design and implement updates for our website and landing pages, ensuring layouts are optimized for both aesthetics and user experience.
  • Marketing Collateral: Rapidly produce assets for paid ads, social media, and email templates, maintaining a consistent "premium" feel across all channels.
  • Print Production: Manage the layout and design of brochures, books, and flyers, ensuring all files are perfectly prepped for high-quality printing.

Brand Stewardship & Content Integration

  • Brand Compliance: Review all creative outputs to ensure they adhere strictly to brand guidelines. You are the expert on our visual identity.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our content writer to integrate marketing copy into designs, ensuring the visual flow complements the messaging.
  • Quality Control: You have a keen eye for detail and will catch formatting errors, typos, or off-brand visuals before they go live.

Systems & Self-Management

  • Deadline Driven: Own your workflow from end-to-end. You are expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Digital Organization: Maintain a hyper-organized library of project files, design assets, and licenses to ensure the team can move quickly.

Who You Are

  • A "Hybrid" Creative: You are a designer who understands marketing funnels. You don't just want things to "look pretty"; you want them to convert.
  • Efficient & Proactive: You work fast. You don't wait for a step-by-step guide; you see a need and execute the solution.
  • Visually Sophisticated: You understand how to design for a high-end, luxury-adjacent audience. Your style is clean, modern, and professional.
  • Technically Adept: You are comfortable working within a website CMS or an email builder to ensure your designs are implemented correctly.
  • Meticulous: You have an eye for detail that borders on the obsessive

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a marketing or design role (agency experience is a plus).
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating both high-end design aesthetic and examples of marketing copy/campaign execution.
  • Technical Mastery: * Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience with Figma or Canva for collaborative social media workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress/Squarespace) and CRMs with Email Marketing tools (Hubspot)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
