Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal team members and clients to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns for medical device brands. This contract, remote role involves managing social media channels, scheduling posts, engaging with online communities, and aligning content with client goals. The specialist will set up and monitor digital campaigns across platforms, track performance using web analytics tools, and provide clear reports and recommendations. Daily tasks include supporting website optimization, assisting with SEO and paid advertising initiatives, and contributing to content briefs that reflect medical device industry trends. The role also includes frequent communication with clients to understand objectives, refine strategies, and ensure deliverables are on time and aligned with project scopes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
- Strong Web Analytics capabilities, including use of tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to measure and optimize results.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to translate data and strategy into clear, actionable insights for clients and team members.
- Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, social ads), and basic website optimization best practices.
- Experience working with healthcare, medtech, or medical device brands is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
