JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a results-driven and well-connected Affiliate Manager with proven experience in the online gambling industry and a strong affiliate network across CIS countries. If you're an expert in building partnerships, understanding market nuances, and driving acquisition through affiliate strategies, this is your chance to take ownership of a key growth region under a respected brand.

💼 What You Will Do:

• 🤝 Affiliate Relationship Management:
• Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with affiliates in CIS countries—with a focus on performance, loyalty, and retention.

• 📊 Affiliate Program Strategy:
• Design and execute affiliate acquisition campaigns tailored to the CIS market, optimizing for ROI and user quality.

• 💬 Communication & Support:
• Act as the go-to contact for affiliates, providing support, resolving issues, and guiding them to optimize their performance.

• 🌐 Market Analysis & Expansion:
• Monitor trends and competitor activity in the CIS gambling market; identify new opportunities and bring in top-tier partners.

• 💸 Performance Monitoring:
• Analyze campaign performance and traffic quality; report KPIs and revenue contributions to leadership.

• 🎯 Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure regional strategies are aligned with global goals and compliant with local regulations.

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 🎰 Industry Experience:
• 2+ years in affiliate management within the online gambling, casino, or sports betting industry.

• 🌍 CIS Market Expertise:
• Deep understanding of user behavior, regulations, and trends in CIS countries (e.g., Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Armenia, etc.).

• 🧩 Affiliate Network:
• An existing network of active, high-performing affiliates in the gambling sector across the CIS region.

• 🌐 Language Skills:
• Fluent in English and Russian—able to communicate professionally and persuasively in both languages.

• 📈 Analytical Mindset:
• Comfortable working with numbers, affiliate tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, affiliate tracking software, etc.).

• 🎯 Self-Starter:
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
