Job Overview

We are looking for a UI Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and high-converting interfaces across our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to design experiences that help users easily earn rewards through our platforms.

Your work will directly impact user engagement, retention, and monetization across our platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design skills with a product mindset and enjoys working in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Product & Interface Design

• Design clear, intuitive interfaces for web and mobile products
• Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
• Create high-quality visual designs that align with our brand and product standards
• Improve key user flows

Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers to refine product ideas and user flows
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly

Design Systems

• Contribute to and maintain our design system and UI component library
• Ensure consistency across multiple platforms and products

Optimization & Experimentation

• Design variations for A/B tests and product experiments
• Use data and user feedback to continuously improve the interface

Requirements

Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile interface design

Proficiency in Figma

Experience designing responsive interfaces

Nice to Have

Experience designing consumer apps, marketplaces, or gamified platforms

Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation

Experience working in fast-paced product teams
