Sr. Graphic Designer

Looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who lives and breathes branding. You’ll be the steward of our visual identity — developing, evolving and ensuring global consistency across all brand expressions. From web to social to event environments, you’ll translate strategy into compelling, cohesive design that elevates our brand at every touchpoint.

This is a highly collaborative role, perfect for someone with a sharp eye for detail, an instinct for visual storytelling and a passion for building B2B brand systems that scale.

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve our brand guidelines, visual identity system and brand governance processes
• Create high-quality graphic design assets for digital campaigns, product marketing, web, social, events, sales enablement and more
• Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, Web and Demand Gen to ensure visual consistency and quality across every customer touchpoint
• Provide guidance to cross-functional partners and external vendors to maintain brand compliance
• Translate complex technical ideas into clear, visually engaging designs
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with creative excellence and efficiency

What you bring

• 7+ years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B software or tech
• A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work and systems thinking
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and Figma
• Experience developing and enforcing comprehensive brand guidelines
• Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing and Executive Teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills — you can explain your design choices with confidence and absorb and implement feedback
• Bonus: familiarity with motion graphics, animation or web design
