Cooltura is a creative agency specialized in short-form content and culture-driven campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Our Art Team is looking for a Video Editor with a strong passion for social media, storytelling, and internet culture. We’re looking for someone with a sharp creative eye, strong editing experience, and a deep understanding of the visual language shaping content online today.

This role is ideal for a mid-level to senior profile who is already confident working on fast-paced creative projects and understands how to create engaging, platform-native content across different social channels.

📍 Full-time position — remote, starting immediately.

> Candidates based in Italy are preferred and should be available to travel occasionally for on-site shoots and productions.

You will work across multiple industries including beauty, lifestyle, travel, automotive, and luxury, creating content designed for the way people consume media today.

Responsibilities

You will join the editing team and support with:

• Editing and post-producing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms

• Working on content for multiple clients across different industries and creative styles

• Transforming creative concepts into engaging, platform-native videos

• Selecting music, pacing, transitions, captions, sound design, and visual elements aligned with current social trends

• Collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and production teams

• Assisting during shoots and productions when needed

• Researching editing trends, creators, formats, and emerging aesthetics across social media

• Organizing project files and supporting post-production workflows

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with:

• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)

• Previous experience as a video editor in social media, creative, or advertising environments

• Strong understanding of short-form storytelling and platform-native editing

• Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools

• A passion for social media culture, especially TikTok and short-form content

• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, pacing, and visual storytelling

• A creative, proactive mindset with a contemporary aesthetic sensibility

• Ability to work remotely with autonomy, responsibility, and attention to detail

• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with AI-powered creative and editing tools is a plus

• Existing VAT number (Partita IVA) or willingness to open one
