The Opportunity

We’re looking for a thoughtful, product-driven Designer to shape the CorralData platform experience. This role isn’t just about making things look good — it’s about making data feel approachable, usable, and actionable for every customer.

You’ll take complex workflows and simplify them into elegant, intuitive designs. From dashboards to onboarding flows, you’ll craft experiences that help users unlock insights without friction. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design end-to-end product experiences, from concept sketches to polished interfaces
• Collaborate with managers and engineers to ship features that balance usability with technical feasibility
• Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across the platform
• Translate complex data and workflows into simple, clear, and intuitive user experiences
• Partner with customer success and marketing to incorporate user feedback into product improvements
• Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities to improve usability and expand adoption
• Advocate for the user in every conversation — while balancing business goals and constraints

What You Bring to the Table

• 4+ years designing digital products (preferably SaaS, data, or analytics tools)
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX/UI skills and problem-solving through design
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams in agile environments
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design best practices
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into clear design solutions
• Familiarity with Figma (or similar tools) and modern design systems
• Startup DNA: flexible, iterative, and excited to shape both product and process
• Bonus: Experience designing for analytics, data visualization, or technical audiences
