Position: Product Design / UX Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $50–$125/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Apply professional product design and UX expertise to research-driven AI projects.
• Make informed decisions on product design, usability, and visual taste preferences.
• Create product mockups and design concepts based on provided guidelines and prompts.
• Provide structured feedback on user experience, user journeys, and interface clarity.
• Contribute design insights that support AI model evaluation and improvement.
• Work independently while meeting project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product design or UX at a high-performing technology company.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to create clear, high-quality product mockups and design artifacts.
• Experience providing UX and user journey feedback in professional settings.
• Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week during the project period.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a remote, asynchronous environment.
