Product & Visual Design Specialist | $70 Remote

Position: Design Expert (Multidisciplinary)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $20 - $70/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and refine design interview content focusing on visual and UX/UI elements
• Assess AI-generated materials for quality, usability, and adherence to modern design principles
• Deliver actionable feedback to optimize layouts, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience
• Collaborate with AI training teams to ensure alignment with evolving industry standards
• Contribute to the continual improvement of AI tools by applying deep design knowledge to real-world scenarios
• Champion user-centered design thinking and branding consistency across all evaluated materials

Requirements

• Have a minimum of of multidisciplinary design experience with a strong portfolio
• Possess a solid command of typography, layout, and visual design principles
• Be proficient in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)
• Have expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design processes
• Demonstrate the ability to assess and develop branding and visual identity elements
