Product Manager - SaaS Software, B2BCompensation - up to $150,000 totalRemote (if local might be Hybrid) - up to 50% travel is possible. Travel would not be that much in the beginning and will taper off after, but could be up to 50% until the full rollout occurs.Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of a new front-end platform for our customers to access our systems. This role requires a strong understanding of product management principles, software development processes, and UI/UX design. You must have experience in community association management, home association management (HOA), or property management platforms.Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our software offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, design, and marketing to develop and launch new features and products.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through market research and user feedback.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and timelines to ensure successful product delivery.
• Lead the prioritization and grooming of product backlogs in collaboration with development teams.
• Monitor product performance and usage metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder communication and updates throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management for SaaS based software builds, managing cross-functional product roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of B2C product dynamics and user experience design (UI/UX).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma or other product platforms.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• You must have experience in the Home Owner Association, Community Association or property management software (or industry) or knowledge of Yardi, Vantaca, VMS or CINC for this role.
