Senior Product DesignerLocation: 100% RemotePay: 150k-170k + EquityPosition Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and user-centered designs for our software products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience through end-to-end product design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user needs into compelling design solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and ideation to execution and user testing.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma to visualize design concepts and workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver user-friendly solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software design and user experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Software Product Design
• Proven experience in software product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Expertise in using Figma for design and prototyping.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end product design processes.
• Experience in B2B SaaS applications
• Familiarity with real estate software and marketplace platforms is preferred.
• Background in UX Design with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
