We are looking for a new talent to join our Backend Developer team to expand our WebScraping department.Ideal Profile:Mindset: Proactive, curious, and oriented towards personal and professional growth

Background: Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable data pipelines. Practical experience using Docker for containerization and deploying services in modern infrastructure environments

Required Skills:

• Experience with Proxy, Web Scraping & Anti-Bots
• At least 3+ years of Python experience
• Docker
• Git
• Relational Databases
• Non-Relational Databases
• Queue Systems (eg: RabbitMQ, NATS Jetstream)
• Full-Time availability
• Available in the CET timezone
• Fluent English

Nice to Have:

• GoLang
• Javascript
• Typescript
• Kubernetes

• Experience with auto scaling systems
• Communicative in Polish/Italian Language

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Web Scraping and Backend services
• Build, optimise, and support backend services and distributed data pipelines, ensuring performance, reliability, and fault tolerance
• Use Docker, Git, and modern development workflows to package, deploy, and version applications across environments
• Integrate and manage relational and non-relational databases, ensuring efficient data storage, querying, and maintenance
• Maintain clear, structured, and up-to-date technical documentation to support internal teams and future development
