Our health and science-focused client is seeking a Senior Product Designer with equal strength in visual design and UX craft. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the details; turning complex, data-heavy challenges into elegant, intuitive, and beautiful digital experiences.

You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, and researchers to refine design systems, elevate brand-to-interface expression, and shape high-impact digital products that feel human, modern, and clear.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Craft

• Create intuitive, modern, and beautiful digital experiences that make complex data approachable.
• Produce high-fidelity visuals with expert use of typography, layout, motion, and color.
• Translate research insights and wireframes into polished, user-friendly interfaces.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring both consistency and creative flexibility.

Collaboration

• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring designs to life.
• Actively participate in critiques, feedback loops, and cross-functional reviews.
• Present your work with clarity, providing thoughtful rationale behind design decisions.
• Work seamlessly with brand and product teams to connect brand expression with UX execution.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in digital product design, with a portfolio showcasing both visual/UI excellence and UX thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma, with hands-on experience in design systems at scale.
• Strong foundation in typography, color theory, layout, and branding for digital interfaces.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to deliver polished digital products.
• Bonus: familiarity with motion design, advanced prototyping, or front-end principles (HTML/CSS).
