About The Role We’re looking for a creative, collaborative and detail-oriented Good Store Designer to help bring the Good Store brand to life through thoughtful, high-quality design. Good Store is home to intentionally sourced everyday products that are designed to delight, built to last, and committed to doing good. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a designer who can translate our mission into compelling visual storytelling across every touchpoint. As Good Store Designer, you’ll work closely with and under the direction of the Good Store Art Director to execute creative across packaging, product, digital, and marketing channels. You’ll play a key role in producing engaging design assets: from website graphics and product packaging to social media content, while ensuring consistency and quality across the brand. You’ll contribute to the evolution of Good Store’s visual identity while maintaining established brand guidelines, helping us connect with customers in meaningful and visually engaging ways. Qualifications 2–3 years of professional design experience, preferably in branding or consumer product design, preferred. A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design across digital and print mediums, required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus), preferred. Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory, required. Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively within a creative team, required. Excellent Attention To Detail And Strong Organizational Skills, Required. Familiarity with project management tools such as Google Drive, Trello, or Airtable, preferred. Experience with product and/or lifestyle photography, including basic editing, a plus. Experience with video editing for social media is a plus. Reports to: Good Store Art Director Supervisory Position: No Location: Remote, US-Based; preferred locations include Indiana, Montana, New Hampshire, Ohio, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin Starting Salary Range: $52,000-$65,000 DOE This position is eligible for inclusion in the DFTBA Workers Union bargaining unit.
