We're on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer who can bring bold, creative ideas to life and help our clients stand out in a crowded digital space.

Starting Salary: £32,000What You'll Be Doing

• Designing high-converting creative assets for paid social and digital campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok & Google.
• Developing visual identities and brand guidelines that reflect each client's unique tone and audience.
• Collaborating closely with our performance marketing team to ensure creatives align with campaign strategy.
• Iterating on designs quickly based on data-driven feedback and client needs.
• Contributing fresh ideas to internal projects, proposals, and agency branding.

Successful Candidates Will Have

• A strong design portfolio We want to see the work. Whether it's brand identities, social creatives, or campaign assets, show us what you can do. 2+ years of experience preferred, though not essential if your portfolio speaks for itself.
• A passion for building brands You understand that great design isn't just about aesthetics, it's about communicating the right message to the right people.
• Attention to detail From pixel-perfect layouts to consistent brand application, the small stuff matters. We need someone who sweats the details.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools Confidence with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma is essential. Motion/video editing skills are a bonus.
• A growth mindset We expect you to invest in yourself, whether that's following design trends, taking courses, or drawing inspiration from the world around you.
• A collaborative, friendly personality Our team is casual, light-hearted, and genuinely enjoys working together. You'll need a good sense of humour and the ability to take and give feedback constructively.
