👩‍⚖️ The Role: Lead US Trademark Attorney

This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll own all things US trademark – from filings and office actions to legal advice and quality control.

You’ll work closely with our AI, product, and customer success teams to:

✅ Lead US trademark prosecution, enforcement, and strategic legal support

✅ Provide client-facing advice during onboarding and throughout their lifecycle

✅ Ensure legal quality of our automated workflows for the USPTO

✅ Collaborate on the design, testing, and deployment of AI-powered legal tools

✅ Stay on top of USPTO changes and help us scale US compliance & delivery

✅ Shape best practices and playbooks for US operations

🎯 What You Bring

• US Bar membership, in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in US trademark law (law firm or in-house)
• Proven track record with USPTO filings, office actions, and enforcement
• Business-savvy mindset — you know how to tailor advice to growth companies
• Passion for legal innovation and openness to working with tech teams
• Excellent communicator and natural collaborator
